What’s the difference between the three plans?
All three plans unlock the exact same full feature set — the only difference is how many years you’re paying for upfront. Smart Saver and Pro Business are longer commitments at a lower effective price per year.
What exactly is limited on the free demo?
The free demo lets you create up to 3 new records (orders) so you can try the platform. Subscribe to any plan for unlimited full access.
Do I need a card to start the free demo?
No. You can sign up and start the free demo without entering any payment details.
How do I subscribe?
Create your business account, then choose a plan from your dashboard’s billing section — payment is handled securely through Paystack.
Do I own the DigitalWashApp software if I subscribe?
No — a subscription gives your business full access to the DigitalWashApp platform for the length of your plan, the same as any SaaS product. If you’d rather have a dedicated system built and deployed for your business specifically, see the Dedicated Software section below.
What is the Dedicated Software option?
It’s a separately negotiated custom software project — a laundry management system built and deployed specifically for your business, outside of the standard subscription plans. Pricing depends entirely on your requirements; submit a request and our team will follow up with a quote.
